14th Annual General Meeting of MIDAS Financing Limited was recently held at the Trust Milonayatan, Dhaka 'Cantonment, in the city.

Rokia A. Rahman, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Midas Financing presided over the AGM while members of the Board Shaikh A. Halim, M. Hafizuddin Khan, Haji Md. Shamsul Alam, Md. Shamsul Alam,. Rina Kibria, Managing Director (CC) Shafique-ul-Azam, General Manager Md. Atiar Rahman Ansary, Company Secretary Md. Din Islam Miah and a large number of shareholders, Officers and Staff of the Company were present in the meeting.

All agenda of AGM including the adoption or Directors' Report, Audited Financial Statements and Auditors' Report thereon as well as the proposal of 15 per cent stock and 2.5 per cent cash dividend were approved in the meeting.
