Legal notice on govt: Withdraw Daylight Saving Time Staff Reporter A legal notice was sent to the Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister, Cabinet Secretary and Secretary to the Home Ministry to return pointer of the clock to the previous position within 48 hours. Adv Eklas Uddin Bhuiyan, a lawyer of the Supreme Court, sent the notice stating that it was so difficult for the school students to reach their educational institutions after getting up in so early time in dawn. Even many students and employees cannot go schools and workplaces for various difficulties including fear of snatching and threats of lives from terrorists in the foggy environment at around 7:00 am, he said. The problems have become intolerable due to coming weather of the winter session.
