Islami Insurance Bangladesh Limited (IIBL) recently signed an Agreement with Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd. (DSE) in connection with share trade consequent upon issuing of public share through IPO.

Muhammad Nurul Alam Chowdhury, SVP and Company Secretary of Islami Insurance Bangladesh Ltd. and Shaik Mohammad Ullah, GM and Secretary of Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd. signed the agreement of share trade on behalf of their respective organizations. Satipati Moitra, Chief Executive Officer (CC), ASM Khairuzzaman, CTO and other high officials of DSE as well as, Al-haj Md. Ismail Nawab, Vice Chairman, Al-haj M. Tajul Islam, Chairman, Executive Committee, Nur Nabi, Director, Md. Abdul Matin, Managing Director (CC), Md. Mujibur Rahman, Addl. MD, Syed Md. Emdad Ullah, SVP of IIBL were present in the signing ceremony.
