Premier show of country's first digital film 'Priyotomeshu' was held at Star Cineplex at Basundhara City Shopping Mall on Monday night.

Based on a novel by Humayun Ahmed, the film has been directed by Morshedul Islam and produced by Laser Vision. Tauquir Ahmed, Afsana Mimi, Sohana Saba, Arman Parvez Murad and Gazi Rakayet have played different roles in the film.

Director of the film Morshedul Islam, actress Sohana Saba, Chairman of Laser Vision AKM Arifur Rahman, Managing Director of Laser Vision Mazharul Islam, among others, were present at the premier show of the film.

While addressing about the film Morshedul Islam said, "Priyotameshu' is the first digital film that got the certificate from Bangladesh Censor Board.

The film will be released across the country on November 6. The cinema halls will screen the film using the digital technology." n
