This year, 2009 A.D Mr. Barack Obama, the President of the USA, has won the NOBEL for peace. Sweden-based NOBEL foundation chose Mr. Obama as the perfect personality of the year. But controversy has arisen .Opponents of Obama open their mouths and blatantly criticised the NOBEL Foundation.

Whatsoever people tell it will inspire Mr. Obama to constitute peace, tranquillity, stability, inside the USA and outside the USA. Presently, tension has been prevailing with Iran. Eventually, that may create a precarious situation which should be reduced. Likewise warfare against the small nations should be averted. Although proclamation of war is a constitutional process but International Laws prohibit the same as a random process.

Rightly Mr Obama deserves to be congratulated
