Sagar finishes 17th in Continental Chess BSS, Dhaka FM Minhazuddin Ahmed Sagar of Destiny 2000 became 17th in the Continental Asian Junior Chess Championship held in Colombo, Sri Lanka on Monday. Sagar earned 5 points out of 9 games. In the last round, Sagar beat Kuruwitage Yasas Kalana of Sri Lanka. IM Ashwin Jayaram of India became champion with 8 points. A total of 39 players from several countries of Asia including seven International Masters participated in the event.
