Chairman of the area Abdus Samad said the people of the villages near the Bill Khuksia were annoyed on the projects of the Water Development Board(WDB), but the village protection embankment is essential. He said he was trying to settle the issue of clash.

It maybe mentioned that the WDB constructed a village protection embankment taking a TRM project to solve the water stagnation problem, return of navigation of the Hari river and the problem of the Bill(water body) at Keshabpur Bill Khukshia on 850 acres of land in 2005. But the land owners were not paid the compensation money for which they were so annoyed.
