PM condole death of Alauddin Al Azad

UNB, Dhaka

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina yesterday expressed deep shock at the death of noted novelist and poet Dr Alauddin Al Azad.

In a message of condolence, she said the country has lost an eminent litterateur at the death of Dr Alauddin Al Azad who made great contribution to education and enriched the country's literature.

The Prime Minister conveyed her sympathy to the members of the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.
