The week-long solo art exhibition of Shohag Parvez titled 'Paharia Pothe' (To Hilly Way) was inaugurated at the La Galerie of the Alliance Francise at Dhanmondi in the city on Friday. It is the second solo exhibition of Shohag.

Adviser to the Prime Minister Prof Dr Syed Modasser Ali inaugurated the show, as chief guest, while Vice Chancellor of Dhaka University AAMS Arefin Siddique, artist Kanak Chanpa Chakma, among others, were present on the occasion.

The artworks of Shohag focus on the lifestyle and living scenarios of the residents of Bandarban, Rangamati and Khangrachharia areas where art lovers and visitors would get a true picture of the livelihood of those regions.

The exhibition will end on July 16. Gallery remains open for all from 9:00am to 12:00 noon and 5:00pm to 8:00pm everyday except Saturdays from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
