Two musical albums of noted singer Ferdousi Rahman' 'Piya Ghar Aye' and singer Dr Nashid Kamal's 'Valobasho More Gaan' have been released at a function at Chhayanaut Sangskritik Bhaban Auditorium at Dhanmondi in the city recently.

Former Justice Mostafa Kamal unveiled covers of the albums as chief guest. Eminent music exponent Azad Rahman, lyricist Md Rafiquzzaman, artiste and researcher Mustafa Zaman Abbasi, Chairman of Laser Vision AKM Arifur Rahman, artistes Ferdousi Rahman and Nashid Kamal and Managing Director of Impress Telefilm Ltd Faridur Reza Sagar spoke at the function. Managing Director of Laser Vision Mazharul Islam, eminent litterateur Emdadul Huq Milon, among others, were present on the occasion. After album launching ceremony artistes Dr Nashid Kamal and singer Ferdousi Rahman rendered songs in the programme.
