Mother of Jubo League cadre of Nalcity upazila of Jhalokathi was arrested by police in connection with injuring resident medical officer(RMO) of Nalcity upazila Health Complex in Jhalokathi.

The woman Khaleda Begum, mother of Ruhul Talukder and Mehdi Talukder was sent to judicial magistrate at the district headquarters.

Nalcity police said Khaleda Begum was arrested from her house on Friday night as the Dr. Mahbubur Rahman, RMO filed a case against the woman and her two sons. Police have launched a haunt to arrest her two sons, who are now on the run. The health complex staff are wearing black badges protesting the incident and were scheduled to brought out a protest rally today(Sunday).

The resident physician filed a case against three persons with Nalcity police accusing the woman and her two sons for injuring him and damaging his chamber and resident on Thursday. Khaleda Begum said she just disagreed to pay the fee of the physician, which she said was very high.
