Beximco Pharmaceuticals Ltd. declared 10 per cent cash and 20 per cent Stock dividend in its 33rd Annual General Meeting recently held at its office, Shahbag in the city.

The Company earned a gross profit and net profit of Tk. 2,007.30 million and Tk. 545.34 million respectively for the year 2008.

ASF Rahman, Chiarman of the company presided over the meeting while Salman F Rahman, Vice-Chairman, Nazmul Hassan, Managing Director, M. A. Qasem, O. K. Chowdhury, Dr. Abdul Alim Khan, Barrister Faheemul Huq, Advocate Ahsanul Karim, Directors, Barrister Rafique-ul Huq, Legal Advisor, Ali Nawaz, Finance Director and Md. Asad Ullah, Company Secretary attended the meeting. A large number of shareholders also attended the meeting.
