Country's one of the leading audio, video and music production house Laser Vision recently released DVD and VCD of two new children films based on the Liberation War. These are - 1) Lilliputs Will Overcome and 2) Chhana & Muktijuddho.

1) Lilliputs Will Overcome:

Story: The story of the film revolves around a teacher named Abdul Karim who teaches English at Birulia High School. His teaching style is different, before starting any story, he gives a detail account of the author of that story. Thus, he explains the background of the story first and then goes to the main story. In his first lecture to the students of the Ninth standard, Abdul Karim says that the Gulliver's Travels is actually an allegorical story though it seems to be a 'small lilliputs' are the have-nots, i.e, deprived poor class, big Brobdingnags are the upper class people, and Gulliver, who is neither small like the Lilliputs nor big like Brobdingnags, represents the middle class. Karim Sir's explanation of the story and his style of teaching get popularity among the students. Gradually Karim Sir gets popular among the village people too for his honest attempt to enlighten people by growing their social awareness. Aftab Molla, an upper class rough, feels threatened by Karim Sir's attempt to enlighten people. Aftab's aids start to call Abdul Karim by the sobriquet 'Lilliput Sir' and threat him in many ways. One day, Karim Sir faces a great loss in life by Aftab Molla's mischievous act. The students, teachers, guardians and other villagers want to help Karim Sir but they are afraid of Aftab Molla too. Thus, they cannot help him ultimately. Abdul Karim comes to the realization that Gulllivers can never be of any help for the Lilliputs. To fight against all misdeeds of the Brobdingnags, Lilliputs must unite themselves, they have to grow up. Sir belives that, the Lilliputs will overcome someday.

2) Chhana & Muktijuddho:
