Brummer & Partners on Tuesday signed an agreement for a strategic investment with Rahimafrooz.

The equity investment will be for the growth of automotive battery export business of Rahimafrooz, a news release said.Khalid Quadir, chief executive officer of Brummer & Partners, said the investment agreement marked a significant first step for his firm to provide private equity to successful, well reputed and highly professional business groups, such as Rahimafrooz.Feroz Rahim, group managing director of Rahimafrooz, said the agreement would help promote the growth and internationalisation of his enterprise.
