The 13th death anniversary of comrade Abdul Haq was observed here on Monday.To mark the day, National Democratic Front (NDF) arranged a rally at Daratana in the town.

Chaired by Abdul Haq, the rally was addressed, among others, by vice- president of NDF Saifullah Lashkar, organizing secretary of the party BM Shamimul Haq, Mainul Haq, Hafizur Rahman, Azizul Haq, Abdur Razzaq, Kamrul Haq, Shahriar Amir and Farid Hossain.

They recalled the political life of comrade Abdul Haq and said he was a real communist. He never compromised with any evil elements.
