On the occasion of Victory Day special drama 'Ekjon Durbol Manush' to be aired on NTV at 9:00pm today. Muhammad Jafar Iqbal has written story of the drama, while Golam Sohrab Dodul has scripted and directed the drama. Chanchal Chowdhury, Momo, Avid Raihan, Saberi Alam, Dr Inamul Haque, among others, have performed in the drama.

Story of Ekjon Durbol Manush:

Jafar was a student of department of Physics of Dhaka University. It was 1972. In 1971, Pakistani Army sent him into jail for two months. After that time Jafar has been honoured as freedom fighter in the university. But he has a guilty feeling for this reason. Basically he is a chicken-hearted person and always tells false. When he gets beautiful girls of his department he falls on love. On his mother's death anniversary he promised not to tell false. On that day a young women named Roksana came to him. She was a sister of martyred Shawkat. Then she took Jafar to her mother to know about Shawkat. Then Jafar again told false.
