Kazi Abdul Hoq Memorial Kalyan Foundation, a social organisation, has distributed about 400 warm clothes among the poor destitute children recently at its own office premises.

Children from different parts of the district attended. Pant, shirt, sweater, etc were distributed among 400 poor children. The organisation has collected old clothes from the houses of the locality.

On this occasion, a meeting was held where Advocate Samaresh Ray Choudhury was the chief guest and chairperson of the organisation Mrs. Hemuka Pervin presided the function.

Dr. Tasuquzzaman, Dr. Mukul Krishna Biswas, among others, were present on the occasion.

Local journalists and people also took part in the distribution.
