I was proposed to be state witness against Khaleda in Gatco case: Nizami UNB, Pabna Jamaat Ameer Matiur Rahman Nizami Friday said he was put behind the bars twice for refusing to be a state witness against BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia in Gatco graft case. "I had to land in jail twice, as I refused to be a state witness against Khaleda Zia in the Gatco case," Nizami told an election rally at Bangram Government Primary School ground in Sathia Upazila in the afternoon.
