They exchanged greetings with the voters after Jumma prayers. The campaign lasted even late night just on the first day of the campaigning. The candidates contesting from the 15 constituencies in the capital pledged to city dwellers to ensure safety and security by uprooting terrorism from their respective localities and providing all civic amenities and utility services. They also welcomed the government move by saying that it would greatly help in making political campaign freely without any restriction.
