The Second Orient Bread Tokai Kabaddi Competition begins tomorrow at the Dhaka Kabaddi Stadium. Bangladesh Kabaddi Federation will arrange the kabaddi competition while Orient Food Company will sponsor the kabaddi meet.

A total of nine teams splitting into two groups will take part in the first round of the kabaddi competition. They are : Jatrabari Tokai team, Matuail Tokai team, Dholpur Tokai team, Goran Tokai team, Khilgaon Tokai team, Mirpur Tokai team, Stadium Tokai team, Gulistan Tokai team and Paltan Tokai team.

Top one team from each group will play in the second round. The second round will be held on league basis. The highest point-taker team will be the champions of the tournament while the second highest point-taker team will be the runners-up of the meet.

Marking the kabaddi competition, a press conference was held at the conference room of the National Sports Council on Sunday. General Secretary of Bangladesh Kabaddi Federation (BKF) Md Nazrul Islam, Managing Director of the Orient Bread Company Mahbubuzzaman, Vice-President of BKF Md Amir Hossain Patwary were present at the conference. The budget of the competition has been estimated at TK one lakh and twenty thousand while Orient Food Company will bear all the expenditure of the kabaddi competition
