RU students go on rampage UNB, Rajshahi Students of Folklore Department of Rajshahi University (RU) went on rampage yesterday to press home their demand for shifting the department to Social Science faculty from Arts faculty. They turned violent and confined six teachers, including the Chairman of the department, in their rooms for an hour from 1pm, locked office, class room and seminar hall. The angry students damaged furniture. The situation was brought under control when police came.
