Alhaj Kazi Akramuddin Ahmed, Member of the Advisory Council of Awami League, Co-Chairman of the Industry and Commerce Sub-committee of Awami League and Chairman of Standard Bank Ltd, has sought nomination of Awami League to contest the coming parliamentary elections in the Dhaka-8 constituency of Jatiya Sangsad.

He submitted his nomination paper to the central office of Awami League at Bangabandhu Avenue on November 7 last in presence of hundreds of people of Motijheel, Arambagh, Gulbagh, South Shahjahanpur, Gopibagh, Purana Paltan, Shahbagh, South Shahjahanpur and Malibagh area.
