Drink warm water!

Most of us like to drink cold water after a meal. But this is not good for health. Instead of drinking cold water, it is better to have a glass of warm water or hot soup. The cold water solidifies the oily stuff we eat and slows down the digestion process. Once this sludge reacts with acid, it breaks down and absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. Soon it starts turning into fats and leads to cancer, heart ailments, and etcetera.
