Popular talk show host, advertising personality and journalist Ashraf Kaiser awarded `Best Talk Show Presenter of The Year' by Bangladesh Cultural Reporters Association (BCRA). He was awarded for his subjective and analytical talk show presentation.

His Television program hosting started with "Shongbadpotre Bangladesh" in channel I. Ashraf Kaiser has conceptualized and presented the famous current affaires talk show "Ekushey Shomoy" in Ekushey TV. The show was focused on Politics, economics, culture, and entertainment. Currently Ashraf Kaiser is conceptualizing and hosting a popular election based live talk show titled `Election Express' being broadcasted in Bangla Vision.

He is also a writer of several books like "Political killing in Bangladesh", Beside his media career Ashraf Kaiser is the Managing Director & CEO of advertising agency TBWA||Benchmark.
