A two-day-long exhibition on Climate Change ended at the TSC of Dhaka University yesterday.

A large number of photographs relating to climate change were put on display at the exhibition. These photos depicting how climate change is affecting the country.

Nagarik Sanghati, a social organisation, arranged the exhibition.

A photograph showed how a boy is rafting along the water logged Minto Road adjacent to the Sheraton Hotel in the capital.

Prof Sirajul Islam of Dhaka University inaugurated the exhibition. President of the organisation Prof ASM Atiqur Rahman and Dean of Social Science Faculty Prof Harun-or-Rashid, among others, were present in the inaugural function.

Prof Sirajul Islam blamed the developed countries and their rich citizens for defacing our country.

He urged the youth community to come forward to save the country from the devastation of the climate change.
