Smuggled goods seized, 10 held in Joypurhat BSS, Joypurhat Police in separate drives, arrested 10 persons from different places of five upazilas in the district on Friday. Police said, the arrested were fugitives, drug-peddlers, thieves, cheats and accused persons in different cases including anti-social activities. Police recovered Phensidyl, sarees and other illegal goods, worth about Taka 30,000 from the arrested persons. Separate cases were filed with concerned police stations in these connections.
