Chief of Jamaat-e-Islami Bang-ladesh Maulana Matiur Rahman Nizami today demanded creation of an atmosphere so that participation of all political leaders is ensured.

"None should be kept outside the elections," he said while addressing as the chief guest at Shaheed Satu Hall here this afternoon.

He also demanded lifting of emergency for holding a free and fair election and fixing the date of upazila election after a reasonable gap from the date of the national elections. Nizami praised the government for preparing the voters' list with photographs with the help of the members of the armed forces.

Chaired by Ameer of Chapainawabganj District Jamaat Rafiqul Islam, the function was also addressed by Publicity Secretary of Jamaat Tasnim Alam, Secretary of Dhaka City Jamaat Nurul Islam Bulbul and Nayeb-e-Ameer of Chapainawabganj District Jamaat Latifur Rahman.
