Special Eid drama 'Premofrinia’ to be aired on Rtv at 9:40pm today. Matia Banu Shuku has written the story of the drama, while Ashrafi Mithu has directed it.

Taukir Ahmed, Intekhab Dinar, Nasrin Mishu, Ambreen, among others, performed in the drama.

Story of Premofrinia:

Dolon and Naquib have already passed a two-year family life. When Naquib goes to office Dolon becomes lonely. Dolon does not want take maidservant for household works. Then she made an affair extra marital relationship with Sujon. This made a problem when she shared this with her husband. She also introduced Sujon with her husband. But Naquib could not trace Sujon and did not believe that there was anybody named Sujon in reality. That was an imagination of Dolon. This type of behaviour of Dolon made tense to Naquib. He went to a psycho doctor. Doctor identified the disease and told Naquib to work as a physician in this case. Loneliness of Dolon made over. Was it happened in reality?

Special Eid drama 'Telesmati’ to be aired on Banglavision at 11:20pm on the fifth day of Eid programmes.

Shuvashish Samir has written the story of the drama, while Naresh Bhuiyan has directed it.

Shahriar Nazim Joy, Tisha, KS Firoz and Afroza Banu performed in lead roles in the drama.

Story of Telesmati:

All dreams to become a painter of Humayun Kabir were failed. His father Akbar irritates him in this regard. Humayun becomes frustrated for this reason. In the meantime, he has to face a great trouble with his beloved Kona. As a result, Humayun’s father left him. Then he left his home along with his girlfriend Kona. He went to Kona’s house as her private tutor. Once Kona’s father caught him while he was painting his beloved’s face. At last he has to left that house and took shelter in a mess of his friend. Then his friends Noyon and Bachchu went Kona’s house to recover money of Humayun. Then many interesting events took place on that house. The story of the drama continues.

Special Eid telefilm 'Jadur Angti’ to be aired on ATN Bangla at 4:40pm today. Ahmed Yusuf Saber has written the story of the telefilm and Ali Imran has directed it.

Zahid Hasan, Ishita, Tushar Khan, Humayun Faridi, among others, performed in the telefilm.

Story of Jadur Angti:

Zahid Hasan is a good student. He has completed his study. His result was good. He has a good relationship with Ishita. But Zahid has some problems. He cannot talk properly. He took part in many interviews in different organisations. But could not get any job due to his speaking problem. Then he decided to suicide. He went over a bridge. In the meantime an angel reached there. After listening alls from Zahid he assured him not to do that. He gave him a golden ring. When Zahid touched anything it becomes gold. As a result, he became rich man. He got married with Ishita. Once he touched a train with the ring. At the end of the story he returned that ring to the angel. Then the angel became glad and took the ring.

Eid Show : Cine Hitz on ETV today

There are many super hit songs in Bengali films. During the Eid festival seven films haven been released. Of them, five selected songs to be aired at a five-episode programme named 'Cine Hitz’ on ETV. Beside songs, there will be a dialogue session with actors and actresses in the show.

The last episode of the programme to be aired on ETV at 12:30pm today. Ashraf-uz-Zaman is the producer of the show. Imtu will moderate the show.

Film stars Apu Biswas, Nipun, Resy, Debashish Biswas, Emon, Shimla and Popy will be present in the serial show.

Artiste Rawshan Ara Mustafiz critically ill

Ekushey Award getting artiste Rawshan Ara Mustafiz has been suffering from Euplastic Anemia. She is now under treatment at the National University Hospital in Singapore.

Her family members requested all to pray for her recovery from illness.

Artiste Rawshan Ara Mustafiz is wife of Mustafizur Rahman, former director general of Bangladesh Television and present CEO of private television channel Banglavision.

Hollywood: Jackson postpones 2 concerts after hospital stay

Janet Jackson postponed two concert tour dates this week after the singer was rushed to a hospital with an unexplained illness minutes before a performance in Montreal.

Jackson’s representatives said in a statement the singer on Monday night “got suddenly ill during her sound check t and had to be rushed to the hospital just before Showtime.”

Jackson checked into Royal Victoria Hospital in Montreal and was discharged two hours later, said Rebecca Burns, a spokeswoman for the hospital.

Burns and Jackson’s representatives declined to give further information about the singer’s illness.

Jackson, 42, currently on her Rock Witchu tour, was making her first appearance in Montreal in seven years.

The singer postponed her shows in Boston on Wednesday and in Philadelphia on Thursday due to her illness, her representatives said.

Jackson is recuperating and will resume the tour on Saturday in Greensboro, North Carolina, her representatives said.

Last week, Jackson called off a concert in Detroit due to “production restraints,” local media said.

Jackson was one of the best-selling female recording artists of the late 1980s and 1990s with hit albums that included 'Control’ and 'Rhythm Nation 1814.’

She is the youngest of nine siblings in the Jackson family of singers that produced the 1970s pop group the Jackson 5 and Michael Jackson.

Bollywood: Konkona on a new career trail

After playing a journalist in films like 'Page 3’ and '15 Park Avenue,’ Konkona Sen Sharma takes a step ahead as she plays the role of a writer and social activist in Rohan Sippy’s forthcoming English film, 'The President Is Coming.’

Talking more about the film Rohan Sippy revealed, “It’s an English film based on a comedy play. Though it’s a small budget film, it has shaped up very well. The film is complete and we will finalize the release date soon.”

The film talks about a Bengali writer and social activist. The story is set in the time when President Bush made a visit to India, an official visit of a US head of state to the country in a long time. One of his main goals was to meet some of the young faces responsible for shaping the new India.

'The President Is Coming’ also stars Shernaz Patel, Ira Dubey, Anand Tiwari and Shivani Tanksale in interesting roles. Konkana has given some strong performances in her movies and this one promises to be yet another best from the talented actress.
