Awami League presidium members Amir Hossain Amu and Suranjit Sengupta yesterday left her for London at the invitation of British Foreign and Commonwealth Office and European Union.

They will hold meeting with British Minister for Asia and Bangladesh Lord Mark Malloch Brown on October 6.

The AL leaders will leave for Brussels on October 7 and hold talks with members of EU parliamentary committee on Foreign and Development Affairs. They will also hold meeting with officials of the European Commission.
