Valediction of the Foundation Training Course of the fourth batch of the newly recruited Probationary Officers of Bangladesh Krishi Bank was held at the BKB Training Institute Auditorium on September 25 last.

Chaired by Md Mostafizur Rafman, Principal of the Training Institute, Managing Director Md Mukter Hussain was the chief guest on the occasion.

In his speech, Mukter Hussain urged the newly trained officers to avail of the opportunity to help alleviate poverty of the rural poor through their devotion and service to Bangladesh Krishi Bank which is the largest government-owned financial institution primarily dedicated to develop agriculture and agro-based industries.

Deputy Managing Director Md Joynal Abedin was present as special guest on the occasion and he made a clarion call to the new generation officers to devote themselves to the service of the bank with a philanthropic mentality, patriotism, honesty and perseverance.

The function was also attended by senior officials of the bank.
