USA, UK, Germany and France on the one side and Russia on the other side are at war of words 'Yes' and "No' on the withdrawal of Russian troops from South Ossetia and Abkhazia, the breakaway region of Georgia.

We find in a Year Book 2007 published in the USA that the number of US troops stationed in France are 56, Georgia 40, Germany 66,000, United Kingdom 10,536, Japan 35,000, Korea 29,982, Iraq 207,000, Qatar 387, Saudi Arabia 269 and Afghanistan 20,000 etc.

We strongly feel and suggest that international community may make judgement by jury on withdrawal of both the Russian and US troops from foreign countries in the interest of world peace, human rights and democracy and hold plebiscite/general elections wherever necessary.
