World premier of the full length Bangladeshi film 'Amar achhe jol' to be held on Channel i on Eid day under the banner of Impress Telefilm. It will be the first released film of Lux Superstar'08 Mim.

Popular litterateur and director Humayun Ahmed has written the story. He also has scripted and directed the film.

Pijush Bondapaddhya (Osman), Saleh Ahmed (Alim), Zahid Hasan (Jamil), Joyonta Chattapaddhya (shopkeeper), Shaon (Nishat), Ferdous (Sabbir), Munmun Ahmed (mother of Nishat-Dilshad), Ezazul Islam (OC), Munira Mithu (maidservant), Maznun Mizan (father of Kamala-Maznu), Putul (mother of Kamala-Maznu), Mim (Dilshad), Rudra (Maznu), Jarbini (Kamala) and Wafa (Tuntuni) performed in the film.

Mahfuzur Rahman Khan was in camera, SI Tutul and Habib in music composition, Khalilur Rahman in make-up, SM Yasmin in still camera and Zaglul Alam in music direction.

Sabina Yasmin, Agun, Meher Afroze Shaon, SI Tutul and Habib gave vocals.

Locations of the film were Lawachhara (Srimangal), CRP, Rest-house (Kulawara), Tilagaon, Shamsernagar, Baikkabil (Moulvibazar).

The film to be aired on Channel i at 2:35pm on Eid day.

Story of Amar achhe jol:

Retired Inspector General of Police went to a forest along with his wife and two daughters for refreshment. A young man Jamil also along with their journey. He knew this family for many days. Another male Sabbir also with them. But he did not know about the family. His main job was photography. Nobody of the journey did not know why he was going with them. Dilshad felt on love with Jamil. The story went on. Suddenly it was known that Nishat also loved Jamil once. The story became complex. Dilshad oneday requested Sabbir to shoot photo of her. Then Sabbir said her to wear a red skirt and swimming in the pond. The photograph will be beautiful, said Sabbir to Dilshad.

TV Watch: Sowa panch arai lane on ATN Bangla today

The 16th episode of drama serial 'Sowa panch arai lane' to be aired on ATN Bangla at 8:00pm today. Mominul Islam has scripted the drama, while Golam Sohrab Dodul has directed the serial.

Challenger, Shirin Alam, Chitralekha Guha, Mosharraf Karim, Chanchal Chowdhury, Tisha, Wahida Mollik Jolly, Dr Inamul Haque, Momo, Fazlur Rahman Babu, Tushar Khan, Rahamat Ali, Al-Mansur, Ahsanul Haque Minu, Eresh Zaker, Tania, Tazin Ahmed, Joyraj, among others, performed in various roles in the serial.

Mamunur Rashid, Saleh Ahmed, Amirul Haque Chowdhury and Aly Zaker will perform in future for the necessity of the story of the serial.

TV Show: Channel 1 airs Moza mare Foza bhai tonight

Drama serial 'Moza mare Foza bhai' to be aired on Channel 1 at 8:15pm today. ATM Shamsuzzamn has written the story, while Flora Sarkar has scripted the drama serial. Fariduzzaman Srabon has directed serial.

ATM Shamsuzzaman, Tushar, Fakhrul Hasan Boiragi, Sujata, Shirin Bakul, Flora Sarkar, among others, performed in the serial in different roles.

Story of Moza mare Foza bhai:

Foza Mia is a rich man in Bhabanipur village. He has three wives - Hurunnesa, Samiran and Joba. He has no children. Story begins when Foza Mia left from a fund raising office with his assistant Gedu Munshi. Gedu wanted to know why Foza Mia wanted to grab more lands, despite he has no children. But Foza Mia said it is a problem if he had any children. Children will be a burden for him.

Hollywood: Nicole Kidman is most overpaid in Hollywood

If you were wondering who made the most money in Hollywood without truly deserving it - apparently the answer is Nicole Kidman, at least according to Forbes magazine. She was named the most overpaid celebrities in the second annual list of least bankable stars.

Kidman's films were estimated to only earn $1 for every dollar the Oscar-winning actress was paid compared with $8 a year ago.

The article says, "Despite winning an Oscar for her performance in 2002's "The Hours," Kidman has become the most overpaid celebrity in Hollywood."

Second in the list came Jennifer Garner - who acted in 'The Kingdom' and 'Catch and Release', which have both under performed at the box office, earning roughly $3.60 for every $1 she was paid.

Kidman's ex-husband, Tom Cruise, came third in the list with a $4 return for every dollar he was paid, mostly because of the failure of last year's movie "Lions for Lambs."

Here's my opinion - if I was one of these stars, I don't think I'd care too much about the list. After all, they're the ones making the money.
