The sixth death anniversary of Abu Muhammad Murtayish (Kachi), Advocate of Supreme Court and one of the founders of the Padatik Natya Sangsad and Bangladesh Law Association will be observed today (Saturday), says a press release.

Advocate Murtayish, who was also consultant of World Bank's Legal and Judicial Capacity Building Project died on September 13, 2002 in Dhaka following a massive heart attack. He was 45.

A Milad Mahfil and Quran Khwani will be held at Paltan mosque after Asr prayers today and another milad mahfil and Doa will also be held at his village home Dhanbari after Maghrib prayers.
