2 arrested with arms, Phensidyl in Rupganj A Correspondent, Rupganj Acting on a tip-off a team of RAB-11 arrested two listed terrorists with firearms and bullets and 20 bottles of Phensidyl from Chanpara Rehabilitation Centre at Rupgonj, Narayanganj on 1st September at dead of night. The terrors were identified as Shamser Ali (25), son of Hasmot Ali and Babul Paluan (35) son of Jalal Paluan of this Centre. Mahbub Ali Lt. Colonel of RAB-11 informed they were wanted in many cases including murder.
