Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in separate drives arrested four drug peddlers and seized 140 bottles of contraband Indian Phensidyl from Panchbibi Upazila of the district on Friday morning, Rab sources said.

The sources said a team of the elite force conducted a drive at West Ramchandrapur village under Panchbibi Upazila and arrested four drug peddlers named Alam, 30, Nur Alam, 28, Habib, 38 and Rafiqul Islam, 35 of Sreepur village Kalai Upazila of the district and seized 140 bottles of Phensidyl from their possession

A case was filed with Panchbibi Thana in this connection.
