Chapainawabganj district sports association arranged the programme at the stadium.

Deputy Commissioner Sirajul Hoque Khan was present on the occasion as the chief guest with Police Super SM Mahfuzul Hoque Nuruzzaman in the chair. Former lawmaker Dr Mesbahul Haque Bachchu, trainer of Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) Abdul Hadi Ratan and General Secretary of Chapainawabganj district sports association Towfiqul Alam Tofa spoke.
