The 27th Annual General Meeting of Beximco Fisheries Limited was held on August 26 at Shahbagh, Dhaka. A large number of shareholders attended the meeting.

Earlier, the Shareholders and Creditors of the Company in a Meeting held at 12.00 noon unanimously approved the Draft Scheme of Amalgamation of Shinepukur Holdings Lirrtited and Beximco Fisheries Limited (Transferor Companies) with Bangladesh Export Import Co. Ltd. (Transferee Company) pursuant to Section 228 read with Section 229 of the Companies Act, 1994.

The meeting was presided over by Mr. O. K. Chowdhury. Managing Director and Mr. Md. Asad Ullah, Company Secretary conducted the meeting.
