A seven days long religious festival of the Hindu community Sree Mahanamjagya was held at Khatra Kalibari campus of Gopalganj town on August 16

It was inaugurated by SM Ashfaque Hussain, Deputy Commissioner Gopalganj and presided over by Nirmal Chandra Biswas, president Khatra Kalibari Committee of Gopalganj town, Mohammad Moniruzzaman ADC (general) and Probir Kumar Roy ASP (circle) were also present as special guests.

Gughgo 2008 grandeur style inaugurating colourful function and the discussion meeting on the birth of Sree Krishna in the World welfare affairs inaugurating.

It was addressed among others, by Rupak Kumar Biswas General Secretary Khatro Kalibari of the Gopalganj town, Advocate Mrinal Kanti Biswas of Supreme Court Dhaka, Advocate Sunil Kumar Das of Gopalganj and Advocate Topan Kumar Das of Gopalganj.
