Ushnish Chakraborty has produced the programme, while popular programme presenter Sharmin Lucky has moderated it. In each episode three idol persons discuss about career, working style and experiences.

They also give suggestions to the viewers who are interested to build up their career in the related fields. Besides, education consultant Dr AKF Huda will give information on foreign study.
