The 28th Annual General Meeting of Shinepukur Holdings Limited was held on August 21 at Shahbag in the city. A large number of shareholders attended the meeting.

Earlier, the shareholders and creditors of the company in a meeting unanimously approved the draft scheme of amalgamation of Shinepukur Holdings Limited (transferor company) with Bangladesh Export Import Co. Ltd. (transferee company) pursuant to Section 228 read with Section 229 of the Companies Act, 1994;

The meeting was presided over by OK Chowdhury, Managing Director and Md Asad Ullah, Company Secretary conducted the meeting.
