Fisherman killed by tiger in Bagerhat UNB, Bagerhat A fisherman was killed by a tiger at Dudhmukhi in Sundarban East zone on Thursday. The dead was identified as Faruq Hawlader, 25, hailed from Chal Rayenda village in Sharankhola upazila of the district Local fishermen said a Royal Bengal Tiger attacked and took Faruq away when he along with others got down from a trawler in the Sundarban area in the evening. Later, the fellow fishermen recovered the body of Faruq, bruised all over, from deep forest, on Friday evening.
