The New Nation - Internet Edition

Recently the Friendship Day was celebrated in our country like elsewhere in the world. Students of different educational institutions including Dhaka University observed the day with great festivity and jubilation. I appreciate this celebration and sincerely hope that the friendship among fellow-students would last for ever and never be polluted by political differences or any other narrowness as assured by the following friendship quote:

"Titanic was a ship

which sank in the sea

But Friendship is a ship

that never sinks!"
