Exhibition: Group art show in Germany: To celebrate 400 years of Dhaka city as capital
2 artworks of the participant artists in Germany Art & Culture Desk A group art exhibition of Bangladeshi artists jointly organised by Buriganga Arts and Crafts and FzKKE was inaugurated at FzKKE, Euskirchen in Germany on August 2 to celebrate the 400 years of Dhaka city as capital. The participant artists are - Prof Samarjit Roy Choudhury, Prof Jamal Ahmed, sculptor Rasha, Ashraful Alam Poplu, Sheikh Zahur, Saniul Haque Bhuiyan Neon, Habiba Akhter Papia, Zakir-us-Salam Russell, Abdus Sattar Toufiq, Farzana Ahmed Urmi, Shantana Mannan, Sinthia Arefin Mou, Sajjad Hoshen Khan, Kamaluddin, Naznine Zobaida Ela, MM Maizuddin, Abdullah Al Rana and Raquibul Islam Bulbul. The artworks were taken from a workshop, which was conducted by Prof Jamal Ahmed and coordinated by Rafique Sulaiman. The exhibition will end on August 9.
