1st Rugby referee training program concludes UNB, Dhaka The two-day 1st Rugby referee training program, organised by Bangladesh Rugby Association, concluded at the Outer Stadium here on Friday. Rugby Association vice-president Mir Mohammad Imam Ali was the chief guest and distributed the certificates among the 35 participants of the program. Association general secretary Mousum Ali was present. Bangladesh Rugby Referees' Association president Billal Hossain and general secretary Ashraf Uddin Ahmed conducted the training program.
