8 Bailey Bridge in Dinajpur constructed under the regime of Ershad have been in deplorable condition which obstructing the vehicles' plying. The pedestrians and passengers are using the bridges taking risk of lives.

Sources aid, 3 bridges on Brigganj-Pirganj road, 3 are on Dinajpur-Parbotipur Road, one on Birganj-Kaharel road and other on Dinajpur-Fulbari road.

Locals feared anytime a fatal accident might be occurred. They urged theauthority concerned to repair the bailey bridges without any delay for the greater interest of the locals.
