Recently under the joint collaborative agreement between MCHTI, MOH&FW Bangladesh and Osaka University Japan, a field research regarding the development and utilisation of MCH Handbook in Bangladesh (2008-09) has been started at Pubail H & F.W.C, Gazipur District, says a press release.

This field research entitled "Empowerment of Women in Islamic Society: through MCH Handbook in Bangladesh" is facilitated by Dr. Shafi U. Bhuiyan Ph.D and Prof. Yasuhide Nakamura Ph.D of International Collaboration Division, Faculty of Human Sciences, Osaka University Japan In Bangladesh, the MCH Handbook field research is supported by Osaka University and Japan Society for Promotion of Sciences (JSPS).
