Madrasah student killed in Jamalpur

A madrasah student was killed by miscreants over a previous enmity at Purbagamaria village under Islampur upazila in the district on Thursday.

The victim was identified as Jahanara Begum, 14, daughter of Jahangir Alam and a student of class eight of a local Dakhil madrasa.

Police said, the miscreants killed her and left the body under Koira bridge in the area.

They recovered the body and sent it to Jamalpur General Hospital morgue for autopsy.
