The Dhaka Open Tennis Competition, organized by Bangladesh Tennis Federation, will begin in the city on August 1 at the Ramna National Tennis Complex (NTC).

The competition will be held in five categories -- men's singles, women's singles, boys' Under-12 singles, boys' Under-14 singles and men's doubles.

The tournament will be formally inaugurated on July 31. Tk 76,000 will be given as cash prizes among the winners.

Intending participants have been requested to send their entries on or before July 31 at the Bangladesh Tennis Federation (BTF) office.
