Daring dacoity committed at Chandpur

A daring dacoity was committed at Shil Mandir under Matlab pourasabha at the dead of Saturday night.

The dacoits entered into a house by breaking locks and doors with lethal weapons, police said adding that both husband and wife were kept confined in a room.

The dacoits numbering around 12 looted valuables and goods worth Taka four lakh, family sources claimed. The housewife was injured seriously and admitted in a hospital. Police arrested six suspects from Matlab areas.
