Organisations of Students Welfare (OSW), a forum of former students of Gosairhat upazila in Shariatpur, will accord a reception to meritorious students of the upazila, who got GPA-5 in this year's SSC examinations and the primary and junior scholarships in 2007, today.

Eminent industrialist Alhaj Mohammad Shamsur Rahman will attend the function as the chief guest, while Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Mohammad Abdullah Al Mamun will be present as special guest, a press release said here on Friday.

President of the organization Khitish Chandra Paul will chair the function to be held at Idilpur Secondary (Pilot) School in the upazila.

All concerned have been requested to attend the function.
